IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS:
- You will receive Google Sheet invitations to each account you paid for.
- Within each sheet you will find a username and password. This is the username and password for a LastPass account.
- Download your preferred browser’s LastPass add-on and install in your browser.
- Access the relevant account’s Google Sheet and use the appropriate username and password to log into LastPass using your browser.
- The first time you log in, it will prompt you that LastPass does not recognize your device and that a verification email was sent to the account email address to verify your location.
- Send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you have requested LastPass verification and include your location as well as IP address used during your request.
- Our support team will compare the request received to your submitted information and if everything is in order, verify your location.
- After verification is completed, our support team will reply to your email confirming verification is complete and you will be able to log into the appropriate LastPass account which contains the relevant tool’s saved login credentials. Simply go to the “Vault” and click on the tool (or do a search within LastPass if it doesn’t appear under “Accepted Shared Offers”).
- The tool’s site will load in a new tab and log you into the account automatically, except SEMrush as it doesn’t have a dedicated login page, in which case you go to the tool’s login page while logged into LastPass, and click on either LastPass icon (3 dots) within any form field and select the saved site that pops up. This will fill the fields and then you can simply login normally.
